We are extremely proud of our in-house butcher. Adam has been with the Claredale Pastures team for over a year and brings just shy of 20 years experience gathered right here in North Queensland, working in and managing butcher shops in both Ingham and Townsville. Adam has multiple awards for his sausage-making skills, having recently achieved a silver and bronze award in the North Queensland Sausage King Awards.
